Jose Rojas, co-chaired the gTLD Name Server Initiative for the InternetCoast which succeeded in its efforts to re-locate one of the world's thirteen "root" name servers to the NAP of the Americas in downtown Miami. Rojas was also co-founder of the IC's Law Committee.
