TERESA GAIL SOSBY
is a partner in the firm. Ms. Sosby is a commercial litigator who has earned the highest ethics and ability ratings from her peers, as reported by Martindale-Hubbell. Her practice has focused in the areas of commercial and contractual litigation, fraudulent transfer issues, partnership disputes and professional liability defense.
Ms. Sosby is a 1976 graduate of Florida State University College of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University. She is also active in her community, serving in leadership positions for a number of community organizations. Ms. Sosby was a participant in one of the first classes of Leadership Miami, founder of The Miami Forum, and has been involved in musical theater production for 25 years.
