Our practice covers virtually the entire spectrum of technology law issues including structuring e-commerce agreements,negotiating technology outsourcing contracts, litigating and resolving patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret disputes, and counseling on privacy, security, and other computer and technology related matters.
One of the partners served two terms as Chair of the Florida Bar's Computer Law Committee from 1995 to 1997 (the early days of the World Wide Web) and has spoken internationally and published extensively on issues of e-commerce and Internet law. He currently serves on the Internet Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
