TERESA J. URDA
Teresa J. Urda, Senior Counsel, graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, B. A. with honors, 1988 and J.D., 1994. Her practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, breach of fiduciary duty and business torts, commercial real estate litigation, construction litigation, lender liability, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, professional liability, probate and estate litigation, condominium litigation and appellate law. Teresa has handled numerous cases in state and federal courts.
Teresa is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, U.S. Court Appeals for the Federal Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the Florida Bar and American Bar Association.
Teresa is fluent in Spanish. She has a strong commitment to community service and volunteers with Lawyers for Children.
